1. Lead and manage the supported living services.
2. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
3. Develop and implement care plans.
4. Supervise and support staff.
5. Engage with service users and their families.

Minimum Requirements:

1. NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
2. Experience in a leadership role within social care.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
