In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day management of the service department ensuring the highest standards of care while mentoring and leading a dedicated team. You will play a pivotal role in managing compliance, safeguarding, recruitment, and staff training as you oversee a team across 4 offices - Stoke, Stafford, Telford, and Crewe.
