The Group Coordinator role is to facilitate communication, collaboration, and coordination among various teams or departments within the organization. Group Coordinators are responsible for ensuring that projects, initiatives, or activities involving multiple stakeholders run smoothly and efficiently. They play a crucial role in fostering teamwork, streamlining processes, and ensuring that projects are completed successfully through effective coordination and communication among team members.
Responsibilities:
- Training and preparing call centre representatives to respond to customer questions and complaints and troubleshoot problems with services or products.
- Ensuring agents understand and comply with all call centre objectives, performance standards, and policies.
- Answering agent questions regarding best practices or difficult calls.
- Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements.
- Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action, if necessary.
- Preparing reports and analysing data to assist management as they determine call centre goals.
- Working with other supervisors and management team members to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in working with teams on various cloud technologies and cloud computing (e.g., applications, infrastructure, storage, platforms, data) in Microsoft Azure and/or other public cloud platforms.
- Ability to support our team and guide our business and technical colleagues, pro-actively aligning with them and actively contributing to their success.
- Manage/Setup native Azure OMS Monitoring, Azure Log Monitoring, Application Insight. Generate recommendations to tune applications based on observations.

Job Description:
- Responsible for final coding on Inpatient, Day case, LTC cases.
- Prompts medical staff physicians for additional documentation as needed to clarify DRG assignments.
- Accurately assign ICD-10 CM, CPT, HCPCs codes according to the available documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve medical documentation and potentially improve facility reimbursement under DRGs.
- Query management for any clarifications that may arise while processing the claims. Ensure the given targets are met.
- Coordinate with case manager to improve the DRG severity.
- Actively participate in audits as nominees under coding representative.
- Participation in the organization’s quality improvement and safety activities.
- Comply with the established policies & procedures of which they have been informed, instructed, and trained.
- Actively participate along with line management towards the implementation of quality projects & programs requirements.
- Report to the respective manager any potentially hazardous, unsafe act or condition, which may cause impacts.
- Report all hazards, near misses, and incidents to the respective line manager.

BPO - Quality Auditor (Voice Process)
Qualification & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a QA in a contact centre.
- Must have knowledge of audits, feedbacks, calibration, briefing sessions, and dip checks.
- Proficient in tools such as MS Office (especially Excel), Google Sheets, etc.
- Must have a good written and verbal command of English.
- Hard-working, agile & flexible in terms of shifts and weekly off (6 days working with 1 rotational weekly off).
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Auditing calls to ensure accuracy targets are met as per SLA. Based on the call monitoring provides trend data to site management team.
- Audits of inbound, outbound and chats have to be done on a daily basis. Uses the monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level.
- Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.
- Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
- Prepares and shares monthly quality calendar for call calibration, good call listening sessions, dip checks, and feedback sessions for the call centre staff.
- Helps the team to streamline the call centre processes by identifying various issues in the activities performed.

Job Purpose: Assisting the physicians by transcribing the medical documentation of outpatient in SAP. Coordinate with the physicians and ensure that proper documentation is done as per the SAP format. Transcribing the dictated operation notes/procedure notes/clinic notes/medical certificates/fitness certificates and coordinate with the physicians for evaluation, correction, and completion. Assisting the physicians in preparing the medical reports/certificates.
Qualification:
