Are you an experienced security professional ready to take the next step in your leadership journey?

We are currently seeking a Senior Security Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple sites for a key client. In this role, you will lead a dedicated on-site team to deliver high-quality security services, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. In addition to managing your own site, you will also provide guidance and oversight to three other Site Supervisors, supporting consistency and best practice across the wider contract.

• The Role – Full Time - Monday to Friday, 0630 to 1530
• Location - Aberdeen but with some requirement to travel to other sites
• Pay: £41,954 per annum

A typical day in the life as a Senior Security Supervisor

• Manage a small site security and reception team
• Oversee 3 Site Supervisors from other client sites across the country
• Provide security cover on a large site, protecting client assets and personnel
• Manage the rotas of all 4 client sites with the assistance of Site Supervisors
• Carry out any necessary H&S and HR related investigations
• Drive high standards across all teams
• Initial point of contact for all security matters on the account
• Liaise with senior management on a regular basis

• SIA Licence
• Prior experience on a similar site or similar role
• Prior experience of managing / supervising a team
