Senior Secretary (Job Share)

Location: Westerham

Salary: Circa £30,000 pro rata

Hours: 21 hours per week, (Wednesday - Friday, to be able to cover 5 days when necessary)

Start: ASAP start on temp to perm basis

Are you an experienced secretary looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity? We are seeking a highly organised Senior Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support in a fast-paced, professional environment. This role is a job share, requiring strong communication, organisation, and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Diary & Email Management: Organising schedules, managing emails, and preparing correspondence.
  2. Meeting Support: Coordinating agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-ups are completed.
  3. Travel & Event Coordination: Arranging travel, accommodation, and itineraries, as well as assisting with corporate events and exhibitions.
  4. Administrative Duties: Handling incoming calls, managing office logistics, and assisting with reports and presentations.
  5. HR Support: Assisting with documentation, record-keeping, and general HR administration.
About You:
  1. Strong secretarial or administrative background, ideally in a senior support role.
  2. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
  4. Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  5. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
