Senior Salesforce Developer – Salesforce, Development, Deployment, ITIL, Applications, Technology – Financial Services - London/Remote - £95,000 - £105,000 base + bonus + benefits

My client, a leading Private and Commercial Bank is seeking an experienced Salesforce aligned Developer / Tech Lead to join their London based team on a permanent basis.

You will join the Client & Marketing Systems team alongside numerous Salesforce specialists managing the future growth and Strategy of the Salesforce platform within the business

You will also be responsible for acting as the escalation point across the salesforce platform whilst leading the development of the platform from a hands-on perspective. In addition, you will be managing and maintaining the direct relationship with Salesforce.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Multiple years of experience in a similar role as a hands-on Senior Salesforce Developer/ Tech Lead within Financial Services
• In depth knowledge of Salesforce both across Admin and Development
• Extensive experience working in an ITIL environment
• Experience working with technology leads to drive development and transformation
• Strong Stakeholder Management across strategic planning and Road mapping
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
