Our mission is to create empowering designs that resonate with a global audience. We are looking for a passionate Senior Sales Representative to be part of our new flagship store in London (currently under fitout).

Job Summary: As a Senior Sales Representative at WECORD, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional service that reflects the luxury and quality of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement: Greet and assist clients with a professional and welcoming demeanour, offering personalised consultations to understand their preferences and needs.
  2. Sales Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.
  3. Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our jewellery collections, materials, and craftsmanship to effectively communicate the unique value of our products to clients.
  4. Customer Service Excellence: Provide an unparalleled shopping experience by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  5. Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the visual presentation of the store, ensuring displays are attractive and align with brand standards.
  6. Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and challenges.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and management to foster a supportive and dynamic team environment.

Qualifications:
