A globally renowned entertainment powerhouse is seeking an ambitious Senior Sales Manager to support across their exceptionally versatile, multi-area venue.

THE COMPANY

Based in South London, this innovative and forward-thinking company has an impressive portfolio of hire spaces for both corporate and private clients. Each space is highly adaptive and has previously hosted a range of events including fashion shows, music video shoots, conferences, intimate meetings to large scale themed scenic takeovers and parties. The portfolio includes a newly refurbished venue that’s fitted with the latest technologies, offering the perfect space to work and meet for collaborators, corporates, media, suppliers, event attendees and organisers.

THE ROLE

With an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit, the team is committed to building out their team further with the addition of an experienced Senior Sales Manager, who will be responsible for driving revenue growth and business expansion. You will be required to bolster their strong events pipeline by selling the unique spaces to both corporate and private clients. Duties will include:

  1. Capitalising on your strong network of industry contacts, organisers and suppliers
  2. Line management and development of a team
  3. Cultivating and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  4. Working closely with internal teams to ensure the availability of events space and maximisation of the diary
  5. Expertly navigating the venue’s portfolio of event spaces & upselling additional services
  6. Exploring opportunities for further business expansion & executing sales strategies
  7. Producing proposals and costings to convert enquiries
  8. Managing all sales and event documentation including invoicing

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have a strong and proven sales background with figures to support this. Demonstrable experience working within large-scale venues or across prestigious event spaces would be preferred although other backgrounds will be considered. A strong commercial eye is essential, and candidates must have proven line management experience as this role involves managing a small team of Sales Executives.
