Speaking a second language (i.e. French/Spanish/Italian) is essential!

Location: London, hybrid working 3 days in the office (Tues & Weds compulsory)

Salary: £60,000 + 15% Bonus

Responsibilities:

1. Establish short-term and long-term sales strategies in line with the organisational vision and commercial objectives.
2. Manage specialist rail & cruise trade accounts and lead a team of Commercial Office and Private Client Managers in Europe.
3. Seek out new sales opportunities to generate revenue for the company.
4. Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics to drive profitable growth.

Requirements:

1. Extensive knowledge and experience in the EMEA travel industry and/or luxury sector.
2. Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving profitable growth through astute sales leadership.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
4. Strong time management, organisational, and administrative abilities.
5. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
6. Customer service excellence.
