Job description

We are looking for a highly successful experienced Estate Agent to join our Swindon Branch as a Senior Sales Manager.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will need to:

  1. Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area
  2. Maximise revenues and grow the property register
  3. Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
  4. Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets
  5. Manage performance of employees through regular 1:1’s, reviews and morning meetings
  6. Influence a result through effective team management, action planning and delivery of the plan

The ideal candidate will:

  1. Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience
  2. Be target-driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
  3. Be able to work effectively managing a team
  4. Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
  5. Display high standards of service and presentation
  6. Have good organisational skills
  7. Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
  8. Be a vehicle owner with a full driving licence
  9. Be insured for business use
  10. Have the legal right to work in the UK
