Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships within the corporate banking sector. Software you will be offering to clients covers Cash Management, Limits, Collateral Management and Lending solutions. You also have the opportunity to sell advanced AI solutions provided by our sister company Arya.ai.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the corporate banking market.
  2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our software solutions.
  5. Understand and articulate the unique needs and challenges of corporate banking clients.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and promote software solutions.
  7. Negotiate contracts and close deals while managing the sales pipeline.
  8. Provide post-sale support and maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  2. 10+ years of sales experience, with a focus on corporate banking or financial services software solutions.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong understanding of banking processes, regulations, and technology trends.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
