Senior Sales Executive
Location: London and South East Region with the expectation to manage developments in this region on an ad hoc basis.
Salary: £33,974 - (Rising to £35,762 following 12 months of proficient work) Sales Incentive Scheme
Hours: 35 hours per week - Thursday to Monday
We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Sales Executive to join our thriving Development Sales and Marketing team. With a strong background in customer service, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, you will also be responsible for marketing and selling Sanctuary's new homes properties, this will not include existing stock or resales.
Through our exciting development programme, we aspire to build 30,000 new homes. This is an excellent opportunity to join our ambitious Development department who will be delivering this project. Therefore, if you are a hardworking and ambitious individual with previous experience as a Negotiator in an Estate Agency or a Senior Sales Advisor within a New Homes environment, this could be the role for you.
