£34K – £35K + COMM + BONUS

A new opportunity is now available to be part of a highly regarded global luxury formal menswear designer brand within their HARRODS concession.

This global luxury designer brand is looking for outstanding experienced FORMAL MENSWEAR SENIOR / SALES CONSULTANTS who can be a passionate brand ambassador.

The newly launched concession will be selling formal menswear and made to measure, accessories including shoes, leather goods, and fragrance.

As the ambassador, you have to achieve an enhanced level of clientelling, service and sales in line with the ambitions of the concession and ensure that every client has an exceptional and unique experience by providing the highest standards of service.

The Role:

  • Reporting to the Concession Manager you will be part of a team of 5 senior / sales consultants
  • Knowledge of MRTW formalwear construction and vocabulary to tell the story of each product
  • Understanding and knowledge of MTM is desirable but not essential
  • Styling and understanding fitting / pinning when necessary
  • Confident to attend styling and fittings at clients' homes/hotels when required
  • Cultivates exceptional client relationships with local and international clients
  • Establishes action plans and strategies to increase and develop your client base
  • Efficiently develops the client portfolio, including networking outside the Boutique
  • Participates in client events as well as high ticket client events
  • Bringing to life the client experience
  • Maintaining an excellent level of product knowledge, understanding products, trends and collections
  • Elegant grooming standards at all times whilst representing the brand
  • Achieving weekly / monthly store targets with the team
  • Link selling across all product groups
  • Working closely as a part of a team

Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of 2 years prior experience in Luxury formal MRTW
  • Knowledge of MTM would be desirable but not essential
  • Confident and experienced in pinning / fitting to assist with alterations
  • Strong sales techniques and clientelling – a personal client book
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A warm and friendly personality that can build positive relationships easily with both clients and the team
  • Excellent command of English (written and oral), additional languages is a benefit but not essential
  • Strong drive to succeed and be a shining support and example to the team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email is required

Additional benefits include: 1% Commission, bonus, free uniform, and pension benefits package.
