The Role

• Assist in leading, motivating, and inspiring employees to meet sales targets
• Coach employees on weekly KPI performance
• Monitor and improve employee selling skills
• Ensure adherence to company & brand policies
• Support day-to-day store operations and smooth functioning
• Ensure the visual merchandising guidelines are adhered to
• Address stock discrepancies
• Ensure customer loyalty and handle escalated complaints
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Skills and Experience

• 2+ years experience in retail sales or experience in a supervisory role
• Established selling skills and understanding of KPI's
• Developed customer service skills
• Organised and efficient time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Computer literacy skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
