As a Senior Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while working closely with the founder. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and manage your own client base, overseeing the full sales and order process while ensuring a seamless luxury experience that upholds the brand's prestigious reputation.

The Role:
  • Provide personalized styling advice and expert product knowledge to enhance the client experience.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding individual and store targets.
  • Deliver a luxury shopping experience, from warmly welcoming clients to completing transactions with care and precision.
  • Maintain the boutique’s immaculate visual standards in line with brand guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment.
  • Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support social media initiatives and organize exclusive events.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitor brands to provide insightful recommendations.
About You:
  • Luxury retail experience (minimum 1-2 years preferred) within womenswear.
  • Strong clienteling skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients.
