Senior RFP Writer (EMEA)

A terrific opportunity has arisen to join a leading global investment management firm as a Senior RFP Writer (EMEA). The purpose of this role is to support the Global RFP team on a temporary basis.

The Senior RFP Writer (EMEA) will take responsibility for the following duties:

1. Complete and coordinate Request for Proposals (RFPs) and responding to DDQ requests.
2. Assist key areas within the business, such as the investment team, to follow up on RFP responses.
3. Sustain and develop the database of EMEA answers on an ongoing basis.
4. Proactively help the team with meeting deadlines and questionnaires/requests.
5. Participate in RFP team initiatives and projects where appropriate.

The Senior RFP Writer (EMEA) will meet the following skillset:

1. 5+ years’ experience in an RFP role.
2. IMC or CFA qualified would be preferable.
3. Can demonstrate a sound market knowledge across asset classes and fixed income.
4. Experience using RocketDocs (PMAPS) would be desirable.
5. Good written and oral communication skills.
6. Highly organised, proactive individual with excellent attention to detail.
7. Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
