HOURS: Full Time

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in Bristol site.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a renowned organisation as a Senior Executive Reward Manager, where you will do amazing work and use your in-depth Executive reward knowledge to support the development of innovative Executive Reward strategy and processes to attract the skills and talent required to meet the organisation's objectives.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  1. Taking an innovative and outside-in approach to the development of the strategy and approach for Executive Reward, enabling transformation of the colleague journey.
  2. Using your deep external insights and knowledge of the market to improve processes.
  3. Ensuring Executive Reward processes and design comply with legislative and regulatory requirements and best practice.
  4. Providing advice on the construct of compensation proposals for senior roles, progress through the Executive approval process.
  5. Leading a team of Executive Reward specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end Executive Reward lifecycle.
  6. Planning and delivering the annual reward cycle for the Executive population.
  7. Providing ongoing support to the Executive population, answering their queries on a broad range of reward topics.
  8. Leading reporting and risk requirements for the Executive population.

What you need:

  1. Deep expertise in Executive Compensation gained through previous experience in a range of consulting or relevant (FS, FTSE or technology) in-house Executive Compensation roles.
  2. Experience of translating complex business requirements into a clear and innovative Executive reward strategy, enabling the business to attract the skills and talent required to meet objectives whilst simultaneously meeting governance and regulatory requirements.
  3. External expertise together with a proven track-record of innovative problem solving and delivering change at pace, continuously improving processes.
  4. Proven ability to operate in a complex and diverse stakeholder environment, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, balance competing stakeholder requirements and influence leadership behaviours across the Group to support key business decisions.
  5. Strong synthesis and analytical ability to use data to inform reward decisions and strategy development, including critical challenge of data.
  6. Demonstrable track record of understanding of current social, economic, market, regulatory and legal trends and likely impact on reward strategy and business in the future.
  7. Comfortable leading work with a level of ambiguity, under tight timescales.
