About the Role

As a Reward Consultant, you will:

  • Collaborate with clients across industries to design and implement effective reward strategies that align with business goals.
  • Provide expert advice on compensation structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive positioning.
