Blueprint Recruitment have an exciting opportunity you don't want to miss! We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading Consultancy in Ascot.

Our client is a well-established design consultancy, known for creating sustainable and innovative projects in various sectors, including education, commercial, hotels, industrial, healthcare, mixed-use and residential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Revit and BIM processes across multiple projects.
2. Oversee and ensure the accuracy of Revit models, meeting project specs and industry standards.
3. Liaise with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless project integration.
4. Provide technical guidance and training to more junior staff.
5. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
6. Perform quality checks on Revit models to ensure project compliance.

Key Requirements:

1. Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
2. Extensive experience as a Senior Revit Coordinator.
3. Proficient in Autodesk Revit and BIM processes.
4. Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols.
5. Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
