Senior Surveyor - Lead £Multi-Million Government Retrofit Programme
£51,466 | Somerset | Hybrid | 3-year Fixed Term Contract


Panoramic Associates are supporting a housing provider with a major government-backed Warm Homes Project to improve the energy efficiency of social housing across the Southwest. We are looking for an experienced Senior Surveyor to lead this £multi-million retrofit programme, working across a diverse portfolio, including modern and historic properties.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the Warm Homes programme, improving thousands of homes
  2. Manage and develop a technical team to deliver innovative retrofit solutions
  3. Ensure a balance of modern energy technologies with historic building preservation
  4. Collaborate with industry partners on cutting-edge solutions like heat pumps and smart systems
  5. Drive resident-centered improvements to reduce fuel poverty
