Senior Resourcing Advisor – Student recruitment/ Early careers

Every day our teams help people in businesses and communities to do what is right and achieve their goals. The overall purpose of the trainee recruitment team is to identify and attract the right trainee talent in the market to Grant Thornton. We recruit across a number of programmes including graduate, school leaver, intern, placement, and work experience. The Senior Resourcing Adviser role will help shape and support in rolling out our national recruitment strategy. This will involve designing and coordinating key projects and recruitment activity through to task managing the recruitment team and supporting with critical projects.

A look into the role

As a Senior Resourcing Adviser within the trainee recruitment team you will:

  • Help lead and drive our award-winning trainee recruitment strategies, supporting the delivery of key projects and communications across the firm.
  • Partner with our brand and resourcing RPO to ensure a successful attraction and assessment strategy that focuses on hiring high quality and diverse talent.
  • End to end project management and development. Innovating to come up with new ideas to attract and retain top early careers talent.
  • Help support the set-up and deliver of our assessment and selection processes, from initial stages through to the final round.
  • Responsible for a region/service line of recruitment. Engaging with key senior stakeholders across the business.

Knowing you’re right for us

Joining us as a Senior Resourcing Adviser, the minimum criteria you’ll need is:

  • Experienced in high volume recruitment in the early careers/student recruitment space.
  • Confident in managing many different priorities and the ability to deal well with change at short notice.
  • Proven track record of delivering on projects.
  • Experience of working in a national and remote team - comfortable working remotely as well as within a wider team and open to travel when required.
  • Comfortable designing and delivering different programmes, i.e: early careers programmes or attraction events.
  • A focus and passion for excellent candidate experience and care and a passion for diversity and inclusion.
