About the role
We are now seeking a Senior Rent and Service Charge Officer (Finance) – someone to be influential in helping build the Service Charge module in our CX system.
You will review and analyse current service charges to ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant legislation - this will be significant in implementing the data into the new system. You will work with and support the rent and service charge lead to deliver Rent and Service Charge projects across the business and work closely with finance business partners and all relevant finance colleagues to set accurate service charge budgets and prepare accurate accounts.
About you
We’d like our Senior Rent and Service Charge Officer (Finance) to have experience in a similar role and environment. You will understand service charge systems and apportionments and have proven ability to build relationships with a number of stakeholders. With strong understanding of Microsoft Office including Excel, you will be organised with a strong attention to detail, with an ability to understand and interpret large data sets.

Additional Information
Whilst the role is advertised as working at The Garth, there will also be an opportunity to work remotely, with an expectation to work at the office on average 2-3 days per week. However, this can be discussed at interview.
