JOB DESCRIPTION
Creating, communicating, and implementing the overall organization strategy:
- Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business or organization.
- Overseeing the complete operation, Human Resources, Marketing, and sales activities of an organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans.
- Conducting market surveys and research for essential feedback and implementing marketing plans and strategy.
- Evaluating the success of the organization in reaching its goals.
- Making high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits.
- Reviewing financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
- Building alliances and partnerships with other organizations and making high-level decisions about policy and strategy.
- Assuring all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitoring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating.
- Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
- Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finance to the CEO.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as Regional Manager or in another managerial position.
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a relevant discipline or MBA.
- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.
- Able to inspire confidence and create trust.
