We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join us and support with our fee earner recruitment across Manchester, Birmingham, and Exeter.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic recruitment team, ensuring inclusive and accessible recruitment processes across both UK and international offices.

The Role

  • Lead experienced fee-earner recruitment in Manchester, Birmingham, and Exeter, and support London and international recruitment
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from approval to induction
  • Use social media to promote the company and connect with potential candidates
  • Oversee the on-boarding and induction of new joiners
  • Maintain key agency relationships and assess recruitment partner performance
  • Promote internal referral schemes and manage recruitment protocols

The Candidate

The ideal Senior Recruitment Officer will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience in fee-earner recruitment, either in-house or within an agency
  • Advantageous to have international recruitment experience
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and work collaboratively
  • Resilient, adaptable, and aligned with the company's values
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Willingness to travel to other UK offices as needed
