As a result of company growth, we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Team Leader to lead our freelance delivery team in the business support market.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Working alongside our Business Development Manager in identifying new opportunities.
2. Stakeholder engagement with our customer base.
3. Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving deliverables.
4. Management of the freelance department.

Abatec requires a Recruitment Consultant with:

1. Great people skills and can lead by example.
2. Excellent attention to detail.
3. Good communication and organisational skills.
4. Microsoft Office skills including Word & Excel.
