We're seeking experienced recruitment professionals to join our team as Senior Recruitment Consultants, focusing on delivering best-in-class recruitment solutions to clients in the renewable energy space.

The Role

1. Lead and manage relationships with high-profile clients across the renewable energy industry, becoming their trusted recruitment partner.
2. Identify and secure top-tier talent for contract roles globally, using advanced sourcing techniques and market expertise.
3. Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members, contributing to the overall success of the team.
4. Deliver market insights to clients, positioning yourself as an industry expert.
5. Expand business opportunities through proactive networking and relationship building.

What We're Looking For

1. Proven experience as a successful 360 recruitment consultant - strong delivery focused/180 recruiters who have the ability and drive to pick up business development will also be considered.
2. Experience in contract recruitment is preferred, as is experience within energy, construction, or a related technical sector.
3. A track record of developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
4. Ambition to grow your career within a global organisation.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. A strong understanding of the renewable energy market is a significant advantage.
