Talent Chief Ltd is delighted to partner with a Recruitment Agency in Woking that is looking to further grow its established IT recruitment team. They deal with clients both in the UK and across parts of Europe and Asia. As a long-established agency, they pride themselves on their commitment to exceptional service and dignity in the day-to-day operations within the IT sector, as well as being proud to partner with some truly unique tech companies.

What is the role?

The company is now seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to focus on the business development part of the sector, winning and maintaining new business while the rest of the team focuses on the delivery aspect. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT sector, strong recruitment skills, and a passion for connecting top talent with organisations within the world of technology. They will also have an established network within the sector, and be able to win their own clients and service them accordingly. Strong communication and resilience is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Win, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients in the IT sector, understanding their hiring needs and business goals.
  • Utilise advanced sourcing techniques to identify, attract, and engage top candidates in IT across various disciplines, including Java and DevOps.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments related to the IT landscape to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Mentor and lead recruitment consultants as the team grows, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT sector.
  • Proven track record of billings within the industry.
  • Strong understanding of technologies, market dynamics, and key players.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to commute to Woking at least 3 times per week.
  • Strong sales acumen.
