Purpose:

This position will play a key role in implementing the global expansion plans for the Fund with a focus on building out our international team. The Senior Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition & Attraction is responsible for the hands-on delivery of high-quality recruitment advice and end-to-end recruitment services that meet business requirements and candidate experience expectations. This involves establishing excellent working relationships with the Fund's leadership group, other areas of Colleagues and Culture, and a range of external stakeholders.

The Senior Recruitment Consultant provides expert tactical & strategic recruitment advice and services to the whole of Fund for all recruitment related matters, including advanced research methodologies for talent identification, attraction, engagement, and selection practices.

In partnership with Recruitment Lead, International & working with Senior Recruiters in the UK (primarily) but also the US you will be accountable for:

  • Experience recruiting Front Office investment roles in Public & Private markets ideally working within the London/New York Investment market.
  • Recruit senior & early careers level roles applying our recruitment methodology.
  • Employ advanced research and sourcing techniques, using platforms in addition to LinkedIn, that identify talent of interest and practice "candidate pipelining" techniques to manage 'ready now' & 'ready later' talent.
  • Contribute to the Fund's DE&I strategy.
  • Responsible for new hires, to ensure they meet onboarding and compliance requirements.
  • Build innovative sourcing strategies for diverse talent based on current and future business needs.
  • Work with hiring managers to manage full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing and diversity strategies (internal/external, and agency and direct sourcing/headhunting methods).
  • Negotiate candidate offers.
  • Research markets and peer organisations, and provide stakeholders with market data and activity information.
  • Generate and track metrics to enable the performance monitoring of recruitment solutions as well as enabling data-driven decision making.

The candidate profile we'd like to apply:

  • Immediatly Available or soon to be available.
  • Experience working in a high performing, in-house recruitment team Financial Services agency or Executive Search firm.
  • Relevant experience within the London financial services / investments recruitment market.
    Extensive experience in Talent Research methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of complex financial services compensation structures.
