We're looking for an experienced Construction Trades & Labour Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong network of clients and candidates, and know how to deliver top talent to the industry, we want to hear from you!

The Role:

As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for:

1. Managing and growing a busy trades & labour recruitment desk
2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
3. Sourcing and placing skilled tradespeople on temporary and permanent roles
4. Negotiating contracts, fees, and terms of business
5. Hitting and exceeding targets to maximize earnings

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience: (Recruiter OR "Recruitment Consultant" OR "Talent Acquisition") AND (Construction OR "Built Environment" OR "Civil Engineering")
2. Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
3. Ability to use Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS software.
4. Industry knowledge of construction sectors such as civil engineering, M&E, residential, or commercial build.
5. A proactive mindset with a passion for placing top-tier talent.
6. Proven experience in construction trades & labour recruitment
7. Strong client and candidate network within the industry
8. Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
9. A self-motivated and target-driven approach
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
