As such, we need another top-level recruiter to help us fulfil our assignments.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including initial client briefing, advertising, screening CVs, conducting interviews, negotiating offer contracts, and following up with clients.
  2. Utilize personality and psychometric assessment tools to provide clients with a complete picture of candidates.
  3. Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs.
  4. Think strategically, identify future trends, and develop innovative ways to ensure high-quality placements.
Qualifications:
  1. Degree-qualified with experience at a senior recruiter level.
  2. Comfortable recruiting at the professional to C-suite level on retained, contingent, and executive roles.
  3. Familiarity with managing key accounts on a PSL.
  4. Knowledge of recruiting for procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, HR, finance, sales, and marketing roles is advantageous.
