Your Duties as a Senior Recruitment Consultant:

3. Market Research: Research and identify potential leads through market analysis and industry reports, providing insights and recommendations to the recruitment team based on market trends and competitor activity.

5. General Administration: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, including market insights and general ad-hoc duties as required.
