Senior Recruitment Consultant
Leeds City Centre
£35,000 to £50,000 basic + car allowance
Up to 40% commission, uncapped

Search Leeds is hiring for a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Recruitment Consultant to play an integral part in expanding our presence in the Accountancy & Finance market.

Responsibilities

  1. Building strong relationships with candidates and clients via written (emails and LinkedIn messages) and verbal communications (phone calls, video calls, and face-to-face meetings).
  2. Talent generation and attracting candidates through posting job adverts, searching for CVs on job boards, our internal database, and social media channels.
  3. Screening candidates, arranging interviews, and making job offers to successful candidates.

    3. 3rd stage: a face-to-face interview with the CEO lasting approximately 40 mins.
  3. We expect the timescale for this 3-stage interview process to take approximately 5-7 working days.
