The ideal candidate will have:
2+ years of experience in Recruitment, Sales, Business Development, or Account Management in any industry
Strong relationship management capability
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities, with the personality to influence stakeholders and impact negotiations
A high level of motivation and personal drive to deliver results
Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and new clients
Ability to work effectively autonomously
Ability to engage internal teams to generate desired outcomes
