Are you an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant within Engineering, Manufacturing or Automotive?

Gobel and Partner’s Recruitment Team is expanding! We have an exciting career opportunity for experienced Recruitment professionals, to support our existing accounts and grow new clients in Automotive, Aerospace, Rail, Off-Highway and Commercial Vehicles.

The roles which are part of the ongoing expansion of the Gobel & Partner Recruitment Services growth strategy require sales-focused individuals who have previous experience in sourcing new business and fulfilling roles.

  1. Previous experience in recruitment sales is essential for this role.

In this new client and business development role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Client Acquisition: Develop new client relationships through outbound business development, networking, lead generation and client meetings. Issue and negotiate suitable terms of business.
  2. Job Profiling/Analysis: Take detailed briefs from clients to ensure understanding of all job requirements and competencies needed for roles across client base.
  3. Candidate Resourcing: Searching and identification of potential candidates through online advertising and sourcing techniques including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and recruitment CRM database.
  4. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct profile calls, initial interviews, complete assessment of candidate suitability for roles.
  5. Interview Management: Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensure clarity of information and details, establish clear two-way feedback.
  6. Offer Negotiation: Facilitate, manage and negotiate between client and candidate at all stages, including salary, working conditions and specific contract terms.
  7. Client Management: Maintain and grow client relationships at all levels, expand client understanding of G&P services, develop client trust and multi-level relationships.

The ideal candidate:

  1. 2 – 4 years experience within a 360 Recruitment position including sales, business growth and client growth.
  2. Must have a clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  3. Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality or Tech Recruitment experience is desired, but not essential.
  4. Self-motivated and determined individual with clear communication and excellent customer service skills.
