Position

Title: Senior Recruiter (Enterprise Sales and Marketing focus)

Location: London, UK (hybrid)

Language Proficiency: Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter specializing in Sales and Marketing hiring, responsible for sourcing, identifying and attracting high performing professionals who will drive revenue and growth.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process across the EMEA and APAC regions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top sales and marketing talent in multiple international locations.
  • Build and maintain talent pools using LinkedIn Recruiter to create a continuous pipeline of talent.
  • Be a trustworthy recruitment business partner and advise the business in making strategic hiring decisions.
  • Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
  • Partner with hiring teams to understand talent needs and lead hiring strategies to ensure your teams have the breadth of talent in their candidate pools.
  • Proactively manage candidate pipelines, ensuring data integrity, and regularly update internal business stakeholders.
  • Partner with TA Leadership and Operations to execute on TA-related programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to drive consistency in communications and a strong customer focus to leadership and hiring teams.
  • Manage candidates accurately and efficiently in an ATS and utilize recruitment data and metrics to improve hiring efficiency.

What makes you an ideal candidate

  • 5+ years in recruiting, preferably in high volume SaaS and high-growth enterprise environments, with a proven successful track record in full cycle recruitment.
  • Proven track record of hiring Sales and Marketing roles at all levels, with an understanding of enterprise quota carrying and marketing specializations.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and passive candidates’ engagement.
  • Understanding of European employment laws.
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing senior hiring stakeholders at all levels throughout the recruiting cycle to drive hiring goals and outcomes.
