Our team and what we’ll accomplish together
The Customer Network Planning (CNP) team is responsible for the end-to-end deployment of TELUS PureFibre Network. The Land Solutions team within CNP serves as a critical business unit responsible for safeguarding TELUS’ infrastructure through strategic land rights acquisition and management. The team expertly navigates complex property negotiations, ensuring legal access and protection for TELUS’ telecommunications assets while facilitating seamless network expansion and maintaining positive relationships with private property owners and stakeholders.
As a Senior Real Estate Manager, you will play an integral role with supporting the negotiations of TELUS’ land access agreements alongside TELUS internal teams including Planning and Engineering, Regulatory, Legal, Risk Management as well as external stakeholders. With strong project management skills you will manage existing portfolios of land tenure and provide expertise in the areas of property acquisition, land rights and land survey.
