About The Role
SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Permanent Opportunity
DIVISION: Building
LOCATION: South East England / London

We are a well-established and highly regarded Tier One contractor with a history dating back many years. We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Build team in the South East / London.
We’re looking for someone with excellent commercial acumen and a proven track record delivering commercially sound construction schemes. You will be responsible for detailed cost control and recovery of value on the project while maintaining excellent relationships with our supply chain and sub-contractors on site.
It’s important that you’re well versed in the administration of JCT contracts. GRAHAM is a company that takes pride in our collaborative approach, so we’re looking for a real team player.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a similar position with a main contractor.
A full driving licence is essential.
