The projects you’ll be working on serve a real, social purpose in rebuilding parts of the country that were destroyed by El Niño. We are looking for Cost Consultants / Quantity Surveyors with experience in rail, civils, or water projects.

On offer is a generous salary and a relocation allowance of £32k that is paid every year to cover your living expenses, flights home, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Chartered (MRICS) preferred
2. Fluent in Spanish (not essential)
3. Strong NEC experience (ideally accredited)
4. Experience in rail, dams, tunnels, irrigation, flood protection, drainage, or coastal erosion programmes
