The business is driven by a strong commercial foundation, with repeat business from established clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of quantity surveying for civil engineering projects.
  2. Prepare and monitor project budgets and forecasts.
  3. Conduct cost analysis and reporting.
  4. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project delivery.
  5. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and subcontractors.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years experience in quantity surveying, preferably in civil engineering.
  3. Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
