Job Description:

Applications are welcomed from Senior Quantity Surveyors to join this reputable Construction Consultancy.

An opportunities exists within the Leeds offices for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, owing to expansion and workload continuity, to deliver commercial management on a growing level of commissions ranging from 250k to 60m in the Yorkshire region.

Successful candidates will be joining a sizable team of professionals of all levels engaged on a wide range of build projects representing this dynamic and busy organisation.

Person Specification:

Candidates will possess:

A relevant construction related degree i:e Quantity Surveying
Be a member of a Construction related body ideally RICS
Have experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor working for a Construction Consultancy

and be:

Client facing
Meticulous
Enthusiastic and ambitious
Commercially and quality driven
Personable
