As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and play a key role in their ongoing success.

The Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing project costs, ensuring value for money, and delivering high-quality outcomes. You will work closely with clients and project teams, providing expert advice on procurement, cost planning, and contract management.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at a senior level
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and control costs
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Chartered status or working towards RICS accreditation preferred
• Experience within a consultancy or client-side environment
• Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and cost management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
