Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager Job Overview

  1. Managing and overseeing all cost and contractual aspects of projects.
  2. Preparation and management of cost plans, budgets, and financial forecasts.
  3. Monitoring profitability, cost/value reconciliation (CVRs), applications, and budget adherence.
  4. Effective communication and liaison with project teams, suppliers, and clients.
