Job Description

A Cambridge based Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a top-class Senior Quantity Surveyor who would enjoy working in a close-knit team and having the independence to run your own jobs.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s Role

Based a short distance from the University of Cambridge, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a ‘down to earth’ and ambitious team who predominantly deliver residential and healthcare projects across the UK. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on schemes up to £10m within the new build and refurbishment sector – carrying out a Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent role.

Requirements

1. Must have PQS / Consultancy experience in the UK
2. MRICS would be a bonus, but not essential
3. A successful track record of delivering projects from inception to completion
4. Good pre and post contract knowledge
5. Any Employers Agent or Project Management experience would be a plus
