Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000
Location: Lincoln
Sector: Offsite Construction

Are you an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor?
Would you enjoy working for a specialist sub-contractor?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that is delivering specialist new build systems across a range of different sectors, with projects including commercial, education, healthcare, and residential up to the value of £5 million per project. Your background as a sub-contractor's Quantity Surveyor will be essential as you'll be working with a main contractor and developer client group, ensuring every detail of each project is covered.

We would welcome conversations with Senior Quantity Surveyors who:

1. Have a background working for a sub-contractor - Structural framing & external envelope experience would be highly advantageous
2. Are proficient in writing and reviewing construction JCT contracts to a high standard
3. Can lead contract negotiations from an early stage
4. Possess strong communication skills across all levels
5. Are willing to travel to projects when required
6. Will demonstrate a solid background in creating detailed contract clauses
7. Hold at least 7 years of experience
