A successful construction and property consultancy are looking for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Nottingham team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role

In this role, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to support a wide range of exciting projects across markets including arts, culture, heritage, healthcare, hotel, hospitality and leisure.

As the new Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for providing cost management services such as cost planning, risk management, fund monitoring, feasibility studies and dispute resolution.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will ideally be a driven and ambitious individual, with either a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying.

1. Ideally MRICS or working towards
2. Experience within a similar consultancy environment
3. Both pre and post contract experience
