Senior Quantity Surveyor – Water Sector

Location: Severn Trent Region (Hybrid Working Available)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established contractor within the UK water sector for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team. This role is based in the Severn Trent region, with flexibility for remote work.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the cost estimation and budgeting for water sector projects.
  2. Prepare and analyze tender documents and contracts.
  3. Monitor project costs and provide financial reports.
  4. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  5. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and clients.
