This highly respected refurbishment and fit-out contractor is a true leader in its field, with a £100m+ turnover of work across a range of sectors (Healthcare, Workplace, Retail, Leisure, and Education) on projects ranging from £50,000 to £30m.

They have an opportunity for a Senior QS (Senior Quantity Surveyor), and this particular position would appeal to someone from a competitor that carries out this line of work.

The Senior QS would be site-based on a £60m refurb/fit-out in the city, reporting to a Divisional Commercial Manager (who will be based off-site and will lead commercial strategy). The project commences in Jan 25 with a 6-month lead-in to vacant possession, followed by an 80/90 week construction phase.
