The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

This is a diverse and hands-on role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to work across multiple sectors, including Culture & Heritage, Hotels, Offices, Retail, Education, Life Sciences & Health, Residential, and Sport. You'll take charge of projects, acting as both a Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent, ensuring seamless delivery from inception to completion.

With a hybrid working model (2-3 days in the office, the rest from home), you'll have the flexibility to excel in your role while maintaining a great work-life balance.

For those with ambition, this role offers a clear pathway to Associate Director, with opportunities to lead, win work, and grow the consultancy's presence in the region.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

1. RICS Accredited degree qualification
2. MRICS ideally or currently working towards
3. Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
4. Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
5. Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
6. A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
