Senior Quantity Surveyor
£60k to £90k per annum DOE + package/benefits

Due to continued growth, our client, a leading developer of quality homes, is looking for a site-based Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
You will take full commercial responsibility and ownership for the project, which is a 250+ unit development, whilst maintaining relationships, maximising commercial returns, and managing risk.
Essentials:
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- House building experience.
- Proficiency in construction software.
- Organised and commercially aware.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
