Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Contractor

A leading top tier contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the delivery of design and build projects for an award-winning Tier 1 contractor.

Requirements:

1. Experience working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor
2. Experience dealing with/managing final accounts
3. Experience managing sub-contractor variations
4. Industry related qualification

Responsibilities:

1. Take-off to building quantities and produce schedules of works
2. Chair Pre-let meetings and finalising Subcontract Orders
3. Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
4. Formulate Subcontract Tenders
5. Dealing with variations and valuations
6. Production of CVRs

The Package:

1. Basic salary of £70,000 - £75,000

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects ranging from £10m+.
